Mid July - Mobile connection to virtual community

Meeting with Nokia, brainstorming, research and new ideas - That pretty much sums up the last week.

Our team continued brainstorming the new features for the mobile application. Everything has gone well, but I have to say that it´s not easy to work with abstract matters all day long. Once in a while it would be nice to concentrate on something concrete and real, like drawing or coding - I would like to know how do that! You can see the results of your work almost immediately! I think creative work is much more harder than physical labor (at least for your brain).

One good (and very common) way to "free your mind" is to create a mind map of the subject to a big paper (e.g. flip chart paper) and write down everything that comes into mind. Afterwards, when you look at the paper, you´ll get a "full image" of the whole topic and it is easier to include it into the project. We´ve used that method succesfully many times during the past weeks.

Our projects Google documents start to fill up because we´ve had so many ideas. There´s now 39 (!!) different documents that we´ve shared during these two months. That´s a lot! But not enough. Now we are just starting to develope our two moths of research into good ideas.

Next week is all about interviews and good questions :)

Ps: We´re still thinking of a cool name for our project - Any ideas?
